+ What is your 5-day rain guarantee?

If we clean you windows and a rain shower affects them within 5-days, we will come back to re-clean any affected windows, free of charge. Yes, you read that right.

+ What do I need to do to prepare for the cleaning?

Depending on the package you have purchased this answer varies. If we are only cleaning the exterior, we will need you to remove any screens that would be blocking the glass. If we're doing both interior and exterior, we can take care of the screens for you.

If you have fragile and/or expensive items/herilooms that will need to be moved from sills, tables, etc., we would ask that you please move those items prior to our arrival. Our team will take care of moving heavy furniture.

+ Are you insured?

Yes. We carry $1,000,000 policy that allows us to do do residential, mid-rise, and high-rise work. We also carry workman's comp policies. If you could like certificate copies of our insurance, please email us to ask!

+ What is the 100% satisfaction guarantee?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the work we performed, we will return within 24 hours to perfect the job. You must notify us within 24 hours after our departure in order to be eligible for this guarantee.

+ How do you clean the windows?

There are two professional methods to clean a window. With the tradtional model, which we use, we use a scrubber with soap to clean the windows, and a rubber squeegee to squeegee the window dry.

In addition to this method, we use waterfed pole technology on many exterior windows.  This device allows us to work with mineral free, reverse osmosis purified water that leaves windows spot-free without using extra chemicals.

+ Are employees background checked?

Trusting a vendor to come do work in around your home is paramount. Rest assured that all Clear Cut Window Cleaning employees are background checked and thoroughly vetted.
